Privacy and where your file is processed
Opening and editing a PDF happens in your browser. If you use AI OCR on a scanned page, that page is sent to the site's AI worker.
Free usage limits
Free to use. In your browser: no account, no file-size limit and no usage limit. Advanced AI mode (our private GPU server): free account with 150 credits a month (1 credit per page for OCR and PDF to Word), files up to 50 MB and 100 pages. There is no paid tier.

Run AI OCR on the page first. It detects text blocks, which you can then edit like any other text.
Is the exported PDF searchable?
Yes. The export includes a hidden text layer, so you can search and select text.
